ROOTED & OPEN is a weekend created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember what truly matters.

This isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about coming home to yourself.

Over three gentle days, you'll experience a blend of nature, rhythm, conversation, creativity and deep rest, all within a safe, welcoming circle of women.

Whether you're feeling stretched, at a crossroads, or simply longing for space to breathe, this retreat offers an opportunity to pause, reflect and reconnect.
